Recent Updates & New Additions...

Late 2008 saw a collection of photos from throughout India added - including the Taj Mahal, a recent addition to the Wonders of the World!

Early 2009 there were photos from Hawaii added. Since then there have been a number of underwater photos added from diving trips including Gozo, Malta and, in September, photos from a liveaboard trip to Hurghurda.

Throughout 2010 there were a number of galleries added from a three week trip to South America. All the photos from this incredible trip are collected in three categories - Brazil, Uruguay & Argentina. Additionally, there were more shots added to  many existing galleries in Wrecks & Underwater. Towards the end of the year, photos added from a trip to Turkey which included visiting the site of an Ancient Wonder of the World - The Temple of Artemis. 

2011 saw new content added which included galleries from South Africa, Botswana, Namibia & Zambia. In July photos were posted to the site  from a trip to Paris, France. Then in Sep photos were added from a trip to Greece. These included shots from Athens, Metéora, Delphi, Olympia, Sparta, Mystras & Mycenae.

Coming soon in 2012 will be photos from a recent trip to Cuba.

Wonders of the World

Back in 2007 the whole world was invited to choose a 'New Seven Wonders of the World' as only the Pyramids remained of the 'Ancient' Wonders. This site contains first hand shots of all of the chosen Seven as well as the remains of the two surviving ancient wonders. These photos were taken from 1999 to 2010.
